★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新型車の話しを聞きたく来店したら1人の営業マンだけがちゃんとした対応したが店舗内に居る女性、男性のスタッフはいらっしゃいませの挨拶も無く基本の挨拶の教育がなされていない店舗に思った。
自分が冷やかしで来店とでも思ったのかな？
他のトヨタ系列店の方が全然挨拶も対応も良くて即商談成立にいたりました。
ここのネッツトヨタはもう2度行くことは無いです！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ １２カ月点検で何も交換がない場合は１万５千円くらい（エンジンオイル・エレメント交換無し）と電話で言われましたが、実際１万７千５百くらいでした。
これからは見積書をもらわないと駄目だね。（１回目の電話では１万３千くらいと言われ、２回目の電話では１万５千円くらいと言われ、従業員によって違いあるのかな？）
If there was no replacement in the 12-month inspection, I was told by phone that it was about 15,000 yen (without engine oil element replacement), but it was actually about 17,500.
From now on, I have to get a quote. (It is said that the first phone call is about 13,000 yen, and the second phone call is about 15,000 yen, is it different depending on the employee?)
