家を売る依頼したけど、噛み砕いた解りやすい説明してくれたりして、気軽に質問できた。
最後までとても丁寧にやってくれて満足してます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 戸建ての中古家を紹介してもらおうと訪問。ぶっきらぼうに資料を出され雑な説明を受けた。楽しい話なのに相手にされてない気分で一気に冷めた。ここと取引してる人の気が知れない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ メールで連絡しても全く返事がない。敷金・家賃の日割り分の返還について連絡してもとぼけて返事をしないなど全く理解ができない対応。コロナの影響を受けて大変なのかもしれないと察するが、返還されない可能性もある。この不動産会社は絶対にお勧めできない。
There is no reply when I contact you by email. Even if you contact me about the refund of the security deposit and the prorated amount of the rent, I do not get a vague reply and I can not understand at all. I suspect it may be hard due to the influence of corona, but there is a possibility that it will not be returned. This real estate company is definitely not recommended.

対応がどうこうというより、問題なのは物件の管理体制がどうなっているんだろうというところです。
私が見せてもらった物件ですが、ゴミ、虫、よごれがひどい。
内覧を急に頼んだのであれば仕方ないかなぁと思いますが、日時も会社さんに合わせたし、しばらく不動産情報に載っていた誰も入っていない物件。
見回りもしていないのでしょう。
建物自体の管理も見える範囲でひどいものでした。
管理会社が別なのかも知れませんが、入居者募集している物件とは思えないくらいひどい。
その後、お断りさせていただきますとメールで送ったのですが返事がないので印象は最悪です。

不動産側が料金の提示をミスしたのに、振込直す手数料はこちら持ち。
