S	Scott on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great spot for breakfast, especially if you're staying at the Cerulean and don't want to pay $40USD for breakfast =). This gives you some Japanese options or "western" style breakfast options for less than $10. Full drink bar to get coffee, espresso drinks, lots of tea options, juices, etc... all you can drink. Did not try anything other than breakfast. Food is A-OK.

In terms of location, it's not near but not too far from Shibuya station. I would say it's acceptable. However, it may be crowded around lunch and dinner time because it's Shibuya, ya know. ;)

They have an extensive menu with western and Japanese going. Their prices are reasonable and the food is good. Most locations are open 24 hours. A good place to go any time.
