★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 渋谷の人気の肉バル、将泰庵渋谷店に平日のランチで伺いました。１２時頃に到着すると８割くらい埋まっていました。ランチはハンバーグかユッケ、肉の鉄火、ローストビーフがありますが、名物とある「飲めるハンバーグ」をオススメの自家製燻製醤油のとろ～りチーズのせを300gでオーダーしました。ハンバーグは１５分くらいかかるようで、１５分くらいでチーズが乗ったハンバーグが２個提供され、一緒にサラダ・前菜・スープ・ライスも提供されます。ハンバーグは飲める、というレベルではないですが、一緒に提供されたスプーンで切れるくらいの柔らかさで、程よい肉々しさとチーズと燻製醤油の相性が良かったですね。少し割高感はありますが、他の牛肉ランチもたべてみたいと思いました。
 We visited Shotaian Shibuya, a popular meat bar in Shibuya, for lunch on weekdays. When I arrived around 12 o'clock, it was about 80% full. Lunch includes hamburger steak or yukhoe, iron fire of meat, and roast beef, but I ordered 300g of homemade smoked soy sauce and thick cheese, which is the recommended "drinkable hamburger steak". The hamburger seems to take about 15 minutes, and in about 15 minutes two hamburgers with cheese will be served, along with salad, appetizer, soup and rice. The hamburger steak is not at the level of being drinkable, but it is soft enough to be cut with the spoon provided with it, and the cheese and smoked soy sauce go well with the moderate meatiness. It's a little expensive, but I wanted to try another beef lunch.

珍しく渋谷に用事があり、適当にぶらついていたらさくら坂にたどり着き、美味しそうだったのでふらっと入りました。
飲めるハンバーグ200g、デミグラスソースで注文。
サラダと前菜を食べつつ、15分ぐらいでハンバーグ到着。サラダのドレッシングかなり美味しかったです。
飲めはしないけどむちゃくちゃやわらかく肉汁も溢れて美味しい。デミグラスソースが少し酸っぱすぎな気はしたけどあり。
スープも小ネギがアクセントになってて美味しい。
お高めな価格だけど満足しました。

I ordered 170g and it was little too much for me. 140g is definitely enough for the ladies! Even so, I ate all of it!
