★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新築住宅の外構工事の見積もりを依頼しましたが、図面と仕様を持ってお願いしたのに、見積もりすらして頂けませんでした。後日、太陽光の一括見積サイトを使いましたが、他社が見積もりと設計図を出した1か月後に忘れてましたーなんて感じで電話を頂いたことも。社員の教育がまるでなってないです。
We asked for an estimate for the exterior construction of a new house, but we asked for it with drawings and specifications, but we couldn't even get an estimate. I used the solar quoting site at a later date, but I forgot it a month after another company issued a quote and a blueprint-even when I got a phone call. The education of employees is not complete.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私は平成29年春頃に注文住宅を依頼して、平成30年2月末に完成し予定どおり引き渡しをしていただきました。
○何度も何度も連絡をしてきましたが、担当者の方はいつも明るく対応してくれました。また急な変更追加の依頼なども受け入れてくれるなど、柔軟的な姿勢もとても助かりました。
○他のスタッフの方々は明るく爽やかで良いチームワークが築けていることが見受けられました。
○見学される方々から、口を合わせたように、『木はいいね』『落ち着く雰囲気』『本当に素敵だね』と皆さんから伝えられます。本当に感謝です。
I requested a custom-built house around the spring of 2017 and completed it at the end of February 2018 and delivered it as scheduled.
○ I have contacted me many times over and over, but the person in charge has always been very supportive. The flexible attitude was also very helpful, as it accepted requests for sudden changes.
○ It was found that the other staff members were able to build bright, refreshing and good teamwork.
○ Visitors will tell you, "Like the tree," "Cool atmosphere," "It's really nice," just like I said. I really appreciate it.
