 I participated in hula dance and aroma yoga. It is a large studio, close to the station and comfortable. I was able to take lessons with confidence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ メニューが豊富。都度払いで気軽にお試しできるので、自分の状態に合わせてペースを調節しながら、かれこれ4年半続ける事ができました。不明な点があっても事務局がとても親身になって迅速に対応してくれます。これからもずっと続けようと思ってます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ フラダンスのレッスンを受けました。初めての人は10:00から受けられます。2回目からは10:30からレッスンがあります。リカ先生が明るくてとても楽しいです。イベントにも出られて良い経験になりました。
I took a hula lesson. First-timers can receive it from 10:00. From the second time, there will be lessons from 10:30. Rika-sensei is bright and very fun. It was a good experience to be at the event.

予想通り、たくさん泣いたんですが、周りも赤ちゃん連れだったので安心しました。おむつ替えもできるからよかったです。一緒に外出できて気分転換になりました！
I was looking for yoga that I can join with a baby during childcare leave.
As I expected, I cried a lot, but I was relieved because my surroundings were accompanied by babies. I am glad that I can change diapers. I was able to go out together, which made me feel better!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ヨガでリフレッシュしたい時、マタニティの時から出産後の今もお世話になっています！年会費や入会金もかからず、都度払いで通え、手軽に予約も取れるのが嬉しいです♪ヨガだけじゃなくてフラダンスやベビーマッサージ等たくさんのメニューがあって、通うのも楽しいです。先生も皆さん明るくてとても気さくなので、初めて行った時も安心して受講することができました。子連れOKのクラスがあるので赤ちゃんを連れて気軽に通えるの場所は貴重なので、とてもありがたいですm(_ _)m★またお世話になります！

The teachers are all cheerful and very friendly, so I was able to take the course with confidence when I first went there.
