森	森の人々 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ジム・プログラムでの利用。規模としては小さめで通路幅も狭いかと。スタッフさんは明るい方ばかりで、マシンの使い方も親切に教えてくれた。 Use in the gym program. The scale is small and the aisle width is narrow. The staff were all cheerful and kindly taught me how to use the machine.

S	Sega Sega on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スポーツジムとしては小～中規模くらいの広さでしょうか。そこまで広くは無いのですが、緊急事態宣言の期間中の平日日中だったからか、お客さんが多くなくて待ち時間無しで快適に利用出来ました。プールは３コースで、スクール用、泳ぐ用、歩く用に分かれていました。プールの横にはジャグジーがあります。ジムのフロアにマッサージチェアが２台あり1人20分まで。お風呂はボディソープ、リンスインシャンプーあり。湯船も広くゆったりできます。サウナは４～５人程度入れる広さ。 Is it a small to medium-sized gym? こ	こんにちは on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for gym, which is nearby the house and convenient. Gym is well equipped, with new machines and wide range of activities. Its working till 11 pm. Very wonderful. Highly recommended.
