 Before I met the B3GYM trainer, I was a perennial dieter who loved eating and hated exercising.

自分自身コロナ禍でなかなかトレーニングをする機会がなくて困っていましたが、
こちらでお店を貸し切り状態で指導をしていただき、不慣れな自分としては非常に有意義な時間を過ごす事が出来ました。

The other day, I was introduced by an acquaintance and gave me guidance on muscle training here.
