★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 市場ですから1時頃に行けばガラガラすいてますので待ちストレスなし。しかもライスフリーのセルフですので、メイン料理と味噌汁、付け合わせも素早く出てきてすぐに食事可能。高いものでも600円。一般客ももちろん食事OK。
来客駐車場も広い。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ふらっと盛岡に来てたので食べるところを探していたら、見つけてしまいました！働いている人も一般の方も550円で美味しい定食が食べれます！
ちょっと入り口が分かりにくいのですが、黄色いドアの非常口から3階に上がるといけます。エレベーターがあるみたいなのですが見つかりませんでした? お刺身、お吸い物、煮物、おしんこが付いています。ご飯はおかわり自由です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一般でも利用可能です。マグロ丼・ラーメン&ミニカレー・揚げ物等、どのメニューを選んでも600円という低価格とご飯はセルフで盛り放題というのが、食いしん坊の私にとって大変ありがたいお店だと思いました(笑)。安くて美味しいので文句なし！！
