藤田美術館 - Osaka

I was waiting for the reopening. The items on display are narrowed down and displayed according to the three themes of "A", "Red" and "Day". Starting with a limited number of admission guidance in front of the entrance, the design and dress-up is such that valuable exhibits emerge in a soft spotlight in a dark tone. At the end of the viewing course, "Yohen Tenmoku Tea Bowl" was waiting.

In the spring of 2022, I went to the rebuilt Fujita Museum. You can see a glass-walled building, an open kitchen serving tea and sweets without a guide to the entrance. I wander around the outside, but I can't find the entrance. The staff is also in the cafe corner, so when I asked there, he said, "The entrance is here." There is no place like a ticket office to pay the fee, and the staff says "If possible, settle with electronic money" on the smartphone, but I do not use it, so I pay 1000 yen in cash. I explain some notes to each person. I wasn't confused because there weren't many customers on weekdays, but it seemed inefficient. The inside is really dark, although it may have the meaning of protecting the exhibits. I almost hit the glass in front of the hanging scroll. It may be that the exterior and interior are fashionable, but what is the safety aspect? The Yohen Tenmoku tea bowl that I was looking for was a national treasure, and one was displayed in the last large exhibition room. The light is too dark and only a few lapis lazuli spots can be seen. I wanted you to display a picture of a bowl with the light on at least in another place. The latest model that automatically opens and closes the lid even when you wash your hands ... There was no soap even though hot water came out of the faucet ... If it was a special hot water that did not require soap, I wish I had posted an explanation to that effect. Personally, I had a lot of doubts, but the museum side is probably very satisfied with the reopening. If you use JR Osakajokitazume, you can get to the top of the adjacent Fujita House Garden at Exit 3, but you have to go up the long long stairs because there is no elevator. The elevator is on the opposite end of the station, but you can walk a little longer on the ground.
