As a major transportation facility connecting to the international airport, the counter is off at 6:30 and tickets have been purchased online, but no one can help with it. What's more exaggerated is that the station staff did not help at all!

I	Isaw Isaw on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 主に成田空港に行く時に利用しています。上野駅からだと確実に座れます。場所的には、JRの上野駅からは少し離れていますが徒歩10分もかからないくらいで、地下通路を通って行くことができます。最近、改装工事が終わり便利になりましたが、重いキャリーバックを持ってJRとは反対方向の大江戸線に向かうと少し大変かなとは思います。かつてはスロープがなく階段ではキャリーバックを持って上がっていましたが、今はスロープがあるので若干良くなったと思います。はっきり言えるのは、移動の際は地上に出るより地下通路を通ったほうが便利です。 It is mainly used when going to Narita Airport. If you are from Ueno Station, you can sit securely. In terms of location, it is a little away from JR Ueno Station, but you can go through the underground passage in less than 10 minutes on foot. H	Hitomi Noguchi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JR上野駅からは少し歩くが、その移動中の景色・街並みもなかなか良い。駅の中は清潔感があり、小ぢんまりした中にもコンビニ等がある。上野恩賜公園の喫煙所にも近い出口があり、ショートカット出来るのは助かる。スカイライナーで成田に行くくらいしか利用しないが、駅自体の雰囲気はJRよりも私は好きだ。 It's a short walk from JR Ueno station, but the scenery and cityscape on the move are quite good. There is a feeling of cleanliness inside the station, and there are convenience stores even in a small area. There is an exit near the smoking area of Ueno Onshi Park, and it is helpful to be able to make a shortcut. I only use the Skyliner to go to Narita, but I like the atmosphere of the station itself more than JR.

Very unpretentious area with lotsa old neighbourhoods to explore. Ueno Park warrants a morning walk and a visit to the museums with world-class collections.
