r	raran rara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 池袋まで準急で一駅、各停でも10分かかるかどうか。大江戸線も西武線も走ってる。西武線は平気で遅れる(乗り入れまくってるから仕方ない)が、大江戸線は地下深くて最強なので、地上の電車が止まるようなことがあっても動けなくなるリスクは低い。副都心線にも直通してるから新宿渋谷横浜も一本。駅前に飲食店、飲み屋が多い。12時まわって駅に着くような生活でも、西友もライフも空いている。区役所、警察署、郵便局すべて駅から南側徒歩５分程度。こんなに便利なのに家賃は安い。ファミリー向けの環境についてはちょっと語れませんが、単身や忙しいDINKSにはまじでおすすめです。便利だったなぁ。。。 Whether it takes 10 minutes by semi express train to Ikebukuro or at each stop. 7	777 hiro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここ練馬駅は、西武池袋線、西武有楽町線、西武豊島線と大江戸線がはいり、地下鉄と西武線だけですが、池袋まで10分で行くので、利便性はとても良いと思います。駅南口と北口があり、両方ともショッピングセンタービルが立ち並ぶ為に、喫茶店やレストラン??を探し回ることはないですね。今回は、北口を出たココネリでの説明会に行って来ましたが、駅は開放的で明るく、駅を出ると直ぐに喫茶店があり、2階から立体の遊歩道が張り巡らせてあるので、行きたい方向にスムーズに行けますし、案内板もありますから、迷うことはないかと思いますよ?。 23区では、ローカルな練馬ですが、駅周辺はとても良く整備されていました。 Nerima Station has Seibu Ikebukuro Line, Seibu Yurakucho Line, Seibu Toshima Line and Oedo Line, and only the subway and Seibu Line, but Ikebukuro can be reached in 10 minutes, so I think it is very convenient.
