パイ生地は 薄めだけれど
表面はパリっと 下は サクサクです

ナイフを入れると円形が
潰れてしまうかなと思ってましたが
しっかりと マル
．
中には 大きな栗が 一粒と
餡が一緒に入っています
．
．
．
早速 いただいてみると
思っていた通り
．
周りのパイは さくっとして
良い バターの香りがします
．
．
まるごと一つ入っている栗は
調べてみると 丹波の和栗で
高級品とされる 3Lサイズ
．
とても味が深く バターに負けない香り
．
．
一緒に入っている餡は
パイに封入されて 焼かれたせいか
．
水分が少なめで ちょっとドライな感じが
また この「くりまる」の中で
よい 味わいとなっていました
．

切った後 あっという間に 完食
食感も 風味もよく
本当に 美味しかったです (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵) ♡
