★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The MUJI store near Namba station is pretty big. Cosmetics are on the ground floor and food and cafe is on 2BF. Products are of good quality. i like the simple packaging and design of MUJI products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meh. Staff wasn't friendly. Overpriced average goods. Go to Loft on the floor above. Or nearby Daiso or Uniqlo for better prices and same quality. Mediocre chain at best.

Sales clerk at the tax-free counter were indifferent. The line was building up but the clerks were still chatting among themselves in Mandarin.
The customer in front of me asked how will she be getting her tax back, and the staff replied in a very rude tone: "It's already processed at the tax-free price. What do you think I've been doing here?" Unbelievable.
The second line was completely unnecessary. I'm glad I was served by another staff with common courtesy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The positioning of the escalators is a bit annoying for those who want to go directly to the lower floors, but this MUJI store makes good use of their space. The environment is very laid back and the staff are always professional. They recently installed self-checkout counters on the lower floors, while there are still several staff members standing behind them. That seems a bit counterproductive to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great shopping here complete with a cafe inside Muji on B2. Good healthy dining options here and a great way to give your tired feet a rest from the 6 floors of Muji and two other floors of Tower Records.
Located just across the road from Namba Station/Takashimaya in a building called Loft, it’s not as crowded as the popular Ebosubashisuji or Shinsaibashisuji areas.
There are always bargains or markdowns here, so it’s worth a visit just to see what’s on sale, which might end up being cheaper than the Muji back in your home country.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Muji during a trip to Osaka and totally fell in love with the design minimalism of the collections. With everything from apparel to home goods to stationary, Muji has something for everyone in the family.
My two favorite parts of the store:
-Aromatherapy Aisle: Filled with humidifiers of all shapes and sizes, along with essential oils. It all smelled so amazing!
-Stationary Section: I wanted to buy all the notebooks and pens and then lock myself in my music studio to fill all the pages with my songs.
This store is huge and spans four floors filled with goods! If you're a tourist and spend 5400 yen on your purchases, you can go to the tax free counter to save on tax.
