麺も細くてスープに絡みやすくペロリと完食できます。味噌や豚骨､旭川ラーメンも有りますから、他のも試してみるのもいいでしょう。餃子は１個～12個まで選べるシステムです。野菜メインで肉は少なめですがボリームがあるため満足感が味わえます。

ジャンボ餃子で焼き加減が絶妙で
とても美味しそうに見えます。
但し、同じくジャンボ餃子のお店である
岩室のこまどり、どさん子白根8号店、
新潟市西区の味吉と比較すると美味しさは
普通な感じです。
餃子の評価は★3.3くらい。
私のお勧めは天津飯です。
しっかりと蟹の身が入っていて
醤油ではなく塩ベースなのかな
白い餡が優しい味で美味しいです。
天津飯の評価は★4。
それからご飯ものに付くスープが
単なるラーメンスープの出汁ではないようで
美味しいです。

あっさり系のラーメンが食べたくて和龍に来ました。
塩スープが基本の店ですが、一部を除いて正油に変更出来ます。
今回は正油にしました。
正油スープがなみなみでワンタンや麺は見えない状態です。
チャーシューは歯ごたえある肉々しいタイプです。
とても美味しかったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最近は新発田の「龍系」ラーメンに再ハマリ。昔は味が薄かった印象の和龍に久し振りに訪問。
基本のラーメン「柳麺」（デフォは塩ラーメン）を注文。
お昼時の混雑時でしたが、タイミングが良くて待たずに着丼。
相変わらず透き通るスープの優しそうなラーメン。
先ずはスープを一口。
浮かんだ油の旨味と丁寧に出汁をとったスープがすごく美味いです。
私が歳をとったのもありますが、昔より旨味と塩味を感じ、細麺と良く絡みツルツルっと食べ進みます。
具のワカメが塩ラーメンを特徴付けます。龍系のチャーシューは固めで好みの別れるところ。
途中でブラックペッパーを振り、あっさり完食。
餃子を頼み忘れてしまったので、次回は数本付けて頂きたいです。
久し振りに来て良かったです。
ごちそうさまでした。

透き通るスープに細麺で見た目は完璧！
でしたが割りとノーマルな味わいに感じました。
大きめの餃子は初感覚でしたね…
その他気になるメニューがたくさんあったので機会があれば試してみたい所です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大きい餃子が有名なお店のようで、ひっきりなしに餃子の注文電話がなっていた。
味噌ラーメンと餃子を食べました。餃子は野菜がメインです。肉々しいものが好みの方は物足りないでしょう。味はさっぱりしていて美味しかったです。練り辛子が付いてきます。
味噌ラーメンは、野菜がたっぷり乗っていて美味しかったです。妻はラーメンを食べましたが、少ししょっぱかったようです。
味は好みなので、一度ラーメンと大きい餃子をご賞味あれ。

具体的には 味がしないです。お客の体型により味を調整してくれているかも知れません。
餃子の餡は 龍系他店より細かく、歯応えには欠けますが 丸飲みできます。
好みはそれぞれですが、街中華を跡絶えないよう頑張ってください

えび入りうま煮そばを食す
以前のラーメン、タンメンより味が感じられた。 うま煮のトロミは結構あり。
良い感じ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ラーメンは透き通る程の透明であっさりタイプ、しかしスープはしっかり味がします。マーボー麺はさほど辛く無く、めっちゃ熱々。大ぶりのギョウザは野菜タップリのジューシーで薄味、カラシを付けタレに浸して食べます。初めて訪れるならラーメン＋ギョウザで決まり！因みに柳麺=ラーメン=塩味です。ギョウザは個数で注文出来ます♪
The ramen is transparent and light, but the soup tastes good. Marvo noodles are not so spicy and very hot. The large gyoza is juicy and light with vegetables, and is eaten with mustard and soaked in sauce. If you are visiting for the first time, it is decided by ramen + gyoza!
