★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 四川風の辛さの効いた麻婆や担々のお店です。担々麺ヲ頂きましたが極端な極辛さではなくてマイルドな旨辛で、山椒の痺れるマイルド辛さが利いて来ます。麺は細麺で相性も良く、ス－プが旨くて飲んでしまった。他にも麻婆麺とか種類が有るので旨辛ガ好きな人はオススメだと思う。
 It is a shop of mapo tofu and dandan noodles with the spiciness of Sichuan style. I got dandan noodles, but it's not extremely spicy, it's mild spiciness, and the mild spiciness of Japanese pepper comes into play. The noodles are thin and go well with each other, and the soup is delicious and I drank it. There are other types of noodles such as mapo tofu, so I think it is recommended for people who like spicy moth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 坦々麺を食べに行きました。こってりな味噌ベース、あっさりな醤油ベースが選べます。今回は味噌ベースを選びました。辛味はそこまで強くなく、濃厚な味付けでかなりこってりでした！スープも思ったよりドロドロです。とても満足な1杯でした。おいしかったです！次は醤油ベースを食べに行こうと思います。
I went to eat dandan noodles. You can choose a rich miso base or a light soy sauce base. This time I chose the miso base. The spiciness was not so strong, and it was quite rich with rich seasoning! The soup is also muddy than I expected. It was a very satisfying cup. It was delicious! Next time I'm going to eat a soy sauce base.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 汁なし四川担々麺の味噌ベース、コッテリしたゴマの風味とピリ辛の具、太い卵麺が混ざりあう。相性は抜群。美味い。餃子も餡たっぷりのしっかりした食べ応え。ミニ杏仁豆腐も〆にピッタリ。大満足！
Miso base of Sichuan Tantan noodles without soup, sesame flavor and spicy ingredients, and thick egg noodles are mixed. Excellent compatibility. delicious. Gyoza is also a solid response with plenty of bean paste. Mini almond tofu is also perfect for 〆. Very satisfied!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回は極上!四川担々麺味噌ベースとハーフ黒チャーハンを頂きました。坦々麺は辛味はそれほどなく、山椒の味がピリリと効いた坦々麺です。ハーフ黒チャーハンの方は、パラパラ系ではなく、しっとり系のチャーハンです。好みは別れるとは思いますが、私は好きなチャーハンです。激辛系の坦々麺もあるみたいですので､次回訪問する機会があれば激辛四川坦々麺をいただいてみたいと思います

四川風とはいえ、ノーマルでこんなに山椒が利いてるとは思いませんでした。
せっかくの美味しいスープが。。。(^^;
Sichuan style dandan noodles were beaten.
