くずもちは既製品で、練りたてよりは硬めですが美味しいです。パックでも販売してます。
最近家で抹茶を常飲しているので、今回は敢えて頼まずに煎茶?にしましたが、甘味がある上等なお茶でした。
これなら抹茶も期待出来る気がします。
