★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらが西国三十三所観音霊場第５番札所、葛井寺の正門となります。寛政１２年に完成した入母屋造の風格のある楼門(２階建て)である。
藤井寺駅方面から商店街のアーケードに沿って歩いて来ると、まずはじめに見えてくる門が四脚門となります。こちらの門は豊臣秀頼が寄進したもので、国の重要文化財となっています。四脚門は西門で、正式な参拝ルートは南側にある南大門となっています。四脚門の所にも「ご参詣のお方は正門南大門からお入り下さい」と書かれた看板がありますので、お間違いの無いようにお気をつけて下さい。
This is the main gate of Kuzui-ji Temple, the fifth temple of the Kannon Sacred Ground in Sanguoku. It is a prestigious tower (two-story) built in Irumaya that was completed in the 12th year of Kansei.
When you walk along the arcade of the shopping district from the Fujiidera station, the first gate you will see is a four-legged gate. This gate was donated by Toyotomi Hideyori and has become an important cultural property of the country. The four-legged gate is the west gate, and the official worship route is Namdaemun on the south side. There is also a sign on the four-legged gate saying, "If you are visiting the temple, please come in from the main gate, Namdaemun," so be careful not to make any mistakes.
