フ	フナエモン-こちらはサブチャンネルです- on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 御所のお豆腐屋さんに教えてもらいました。街に馴染んだ喫茶が出来る、小さな自家焙煎珈琲店。エチオピアグジのホワイトナイルがあるというので伺いましたが、すでにグジはシャキソになっていました。大体が中煎りで数種類のスペシャリティシングルオリジンを扱っている様子。ペーパーハンドドリップで淹れてくれます。エチオピアらしいモカの感じが出ていて、やはりイルガチェフェよりも優しくて甘い。コクを保ちつつの安定あるバランスです。酸味が気になると言う方でもほとんどの方は気にならないのでは？ I was told by a tofu shop at the Imperial Palace. The sourness of cheese matches the sourness of Ethiopia. All handmade cakes have a moderate sweetness and do not spoil the taste of coffee.
