そのうち規制も減るかなとは思いますが、自分でできる事はやります！

勝川駅改札出て右側にルネックへの通路があり、迷子にならずに良かったです。
企業のテナントが入っているようですが、貸会議室として利用でき便利だと思います。
20 minutes from Nagoya Station to Chuo Main Line Katsukawa Station (Kachikawa).
There is a passage to R 通路 neck on the right side out of Katsukawa Station wicket, and it was good without getting lost.
It seems that there is a company tenant, but it can be used as a rental meeting room, which is convenient.

1階にファミリーマート、6階にリーズナブルな料金で利用できるスポーツクラブがあります
スポーツクラブは夜も比較的遅くまで営業しているので便利です
他のテナントはあまり利用しないジャンルのものが多く、立地のメリットを活かしきれていない感じが否めなく、残念でもあります。
ちなみにコンビニは週末や夜になると不健全な若者が集まってきて治安が悪いです(･_･、)
It is in a very convenient location, directly connected to the north exit of JR Kachigawa Station.
There is a Family Mart on the 1st floor and a sports club on the 6th floor that can be used at a reasonable price.
The sports club is convenient because it is open until relatively late at night.
Many of the other tenants are in genres that are not often used, and it is undeniable that the advantages of the location are not fully utilized, which is a shame.
By the way, unhealthy young people gather at convenience stores on weekends and nights, and it is unsafe (･ _ ･,).
