店員さんは、親切ですが、駐車場が15時までしか利用出来ないのが、かなり不便、20時頃まで、利用出来るようにして欲しい。駐車場は、狭いです。支店もしくは、通帳記入出来る ATMをもっと増やして欲しい

長岡京市に唯一有るメガバンクです✨✨自転車置き場お店の裏側に有ります。ガレージは停めにくいですが、親切で安定にサービス良くとても良い銀行です❤受付の方、個別にタブレットで案内して貰い他の銀行とは違う特別な雰囲気します(*^^*)。みずほ銀行は宝くじ売場有ります。未だに第一勧業銀行の宝くじ売場のイメージします。また高額当選者出た場所と何年か前に書いてあったような。

新人の配属が多いのか、提供できるサービスを把握してない事が多く、聞かれた事に答えられず、他の店員に聞きにいく事が多い。簡単な事も分からないのに、悪びれない。分からない事を聞かれて逆ギレする。 奥から出てきたベテランにみえる店員も、提供できるか出来ないかではなく、「どうしてもということなら提供してもいい」という上から目線の物言いが多い。こちらは、「どうしてもお願いします」とお願いしている訳ではなく、出来るかどうか聞いているだけなので、いちいち上から目線で恩着せがましく言わなくて良いと思う。 店員が窓口対応をまともに出来ないなら、ネット対応やタブレットでAIが対応した方がマシ。
