サ	サント船長 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 紫雲山と号し、臨済宗大徳寺派に属する。　慶長１８年（１６１３）因幡（いなば）国（鳥取県）若桜城主山崎家盛が大徳寺琢甫和尚を開山に請じて一寺を建立したが、家盛の没後、その法号にちなんで瑞光院と称したのが当寺の起りである。もと堀川鞍馬口にあったが昭和３７年１１月ここに移った。　元禄初期には当院第３世陽甫和尚が播州（兵庫県）赤穂城主浅野内匠頭長矩（たくみのかみながのり）夫人瑤泉院と族縁に当るところから、浅野家の香華祈願所となった。元禄１４年（１７０１）長矩が江戸城中で吉良上野介（きらこうずけのすけ）に忍傷に及んで切腹したとき、当院内に供養塔が建てられ、また翌年上野介を討った大石良雄らが切腹したさい、その遺髪が寺内に葬られた。　境内には長矩、良雄ら４６義士の墓のほか、良雄が生前愛したという梅の古木がある。　１２月１４日の義士討入りの日には義士ゆかりの寺として参詣する人が多い It is named Shiunzan and belongs to the Daitokuji school of the Rinzai sect.
