松	松永美樹 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ このご時世でなかなか訪問出来ずにいましたが、1年振りで伺いました。とにかく美味しい料理を余韻までゆっくりと楽しめるリストランテです。今回はお任せコースをお願いしました。豆と季節の野菜のズッパか、フォアグラと佐倉蓮根とポルチーニのフリットの盛り合わせ、天使の海老、タイとくろむつのカルパッチョ、モルタデラの蓮根巻き、洋梨の生ハム乗せ、佐倉産の野菜の前菜盛り合わせ、名物の甘鯛のうろこ焼き、カラスミと桜エビのパスタ、白トリフのリゾット、尾崎牛のロースト、ドルチェまでため息が出るほど美味しかったです。特に白トリフのリゾットのトリフの香りとリゾットのアルデンテの絶妙な歯ごたえと何とも言えない味わいの出汁。秀逸でした‼️ I couldn't visit easily at this time, but I visited for the first time in a year.
