昔からの老舗 お好み焼き処 他にもメニューがあります 店内は2階までの客席 清潔で 昔ながらのお店 特徴としてやはりソースが美味 とろける様な日本のソース マヨネーズに特徴がありひと時の安堵感が得られます 混雑は人気店なので 混雑時期があります 駐車場は近くの飲食兼ねてのタイムパーキングが少しあります 時折の焼き物を楽しめるお店のひとつと思います 価格も高くは無く普通です。飲酒での運転は、ご法度で御座います 笑

近所で有名なお好み焼き屋さんということで行きました 日曜は15:00からとのことで10分前に到着すると結構な人待ち なるほどの人気店 おすすめの豚玉とミックス焼きそば(写真は大盛り)を注文 豚玉の豚は確かに大きく食べごたえあり ただ生地はふんわりというより生焼けな感じで柔らかかったので好みが分かれそう マヨネーズ、マスタードは載せられた状態で運ばれてきて、ソースは3種類(甘口、ウスター、どろ)を自分でかけて仕上げます。青のりは割り箸でかけるのが面倒。小さじのスプーンか、一味のように振り掛けるようにして欲しい。 焼きそばは甘めのソースでこってり味 具材の割に少し割高な気がしました(大盛りで1600円ちょっと) あと、焼きそばにもマヨネーズは欲しい 店員さんはテキパキしていて好印象。お冷もなくなったら声をかけなくてもすぐに入れに来てくれます 有名なので期待していったが、お好みの味としては普通な印象 あとお冷に氷は入れてほしい。鉄板が近いのですぐ冷たくなくなるので。もしかしたら真夏は入ってるかもしれませんが、、、

訪問日時 2022.01.14 金曜日 19:15到着 食べログお好み焼き百名店2019入選 総合評価3.61 77位/100店舗中 注文内容 ・お好み焼きブタ890円 ・お好み焼きイカ820円+モダン290円 金曜日の夜なので混んでるかな?と思ったら待ち無しの即入店。 1階席が空いてたのですが入り口付近で多少寒いかも?と言う事で2階の座敷席に着席。 客の入りは6割ほどかな?以外と空いてました。 メニューはお好み焼き、焼きそば共にシンプルな構成で他にはロールと称するとんぺい焼きっぽいメニューがあります。 こちらでは焼き上げ迄仕上げてソースは塗らずにマヨネーズ、マスタード、ケチャップをちょこんと乗せてお客さんのテーブル席の鉄板へ運んで来るスタイルです。 ソースは卓上にどろ、辛、甘の3種。 私的にはプロの技でソースの配合、見た目なども最後迄仕上げるのが外食と思っているのでここは少し残念。 まぁお好み焼き屋さんによく有る焼き始めからお客任せよりはマシですが。 いざ!実食っ! 豚は皆さんのレビュー通り、豚肉の旨味が凄い!! 百名店上位のお店を数軒訪問してますがこれほど豚肉を感じる豚玉は初めてでした。 生地については味わいは良いのですがつなぎ多め、キャベツ少な目なのでボテっとした食感で上位店のようなサクフワ食感が無いですね。 モダンの方は麺によって生地が更にブニュっとした食感にしてしまい、これは選択ミスでノーマルな方が良かったです。 結局、選択肢は数有れど「お好み焼きブタ」の一択って感じですね。 あと価格の割にブタ、イカともに具材の割合は他店と比較して多くコスパは高いように感じました。 接客はお客さんの様子を常に見てタイミングよく動いてらっしゃるようでとても良いお店でした。

玉出「象屋」 今日も今日とてお好み焼き。 この日は玉出駅5番出口から徒歩すぐの「象屋」さんへ。 以前にミシュランビブグルマンを獲得したこともある実力派。 大阪お好み焼き界では超有名ですが、なかなかいくタイミングを作れず今更ながらの訪問。 予約不可って、少しハードル高い。わざわざ玉出に行って満席だったらと考えてしまいますしね。 二階建てのお店で意外と席数多め。 一階は4人がけのテーブル、二階は座敷。 これでも満席になる日もあるらしいので要注意。 店員さんの対応も完璧で、ここが西成区であることを忘れてしまいそうです。 メニューはお好み焼き、焼きそば、ロール(とん平焼きみたいな料理)のみ。潔さに惹かれます。 ソース3種類(どろ、辛、甘口)をお好みでつけて食べるスタイル。 個人的には、どのお料理もソースなしで美味い。 ロール(イカ)820円 気になったロールを注文。 玉子で具材を包んだ、所謂とん平焼きに近いと思う。でも豚ではなくイカをチョイス。 ぷるぷるのフワフワの仕上がりは、ホテルのオムレツのそれ。 中には細切りしたイカがたっぷり。 具の多さに驚く。値段にも納得。 焼きそば(ミックス)1220円 一つ一つの具材がでかい、ミックス焼きそば。 ここで気づいたけど、豚肉が美味い。 脂の質が良い。 お好み焼き(ブタ)890円 からし・ケチャップ・マヨだけ最初にかかっているスタイル。 お好み焼きを覆い尽くすほど、豚肉が大きい。これだけ入れば値段にも納得。 特筆すべきはキャベツの甘さ。 キャベツの量はしっかり入ってるのに、細かくて口当たりが良い。 お出汁の効いた生地とキャベツの甘さで、ソースがなくても美味い!! 西成区にしては価格帯が高めですが、僕は納得出来ると思います。
