G	Graeme Peel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interesting for kids to see, but animals are kept in atrocious conditions. Among the animals there are a pony that is kept in an enclosure that measures about 2 metres square, and a goat with even less space. The animals are lifeless and look depressed. They have an owl that is kept in a bird cage not even big enough for it to spread its wings. Avoid at all costs. This place needs to be shut down.
J	Joseph L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is so fun to visit! They have some cute dogs that roam around freely and you can pet (very friendly and clean). Prices of the animals is pretty standard and they seem to be a bit more lively than most other pet shops and there's a better variety.

The shop had a bunch of little kids running around petting rabbits and cats, which was fine, but it was also understaffed so there was almost no supervision. When we finally found an employee to ask about the sugar gliders, she didn't seem to know much about them. She was completely misinformed when she told us that sugar gliders are ok to just live in cages and don't form bonds their their owners. Sugar gliders are very intelligent and live in tightknit communities, so forming bonds is critical. They are prone to anxiety, depression, and self harm if they get lonely or bored inside small cages. The pair at the store didn't seem like they were used to human handling, which will make it difficult for their future owners. This is probably an OK place to buy more common pet species, but they offer a lot of exotic animals and don't seem to have the resources and expertise to properly ensure the happiness and wellbeing of them all. If you buy a pet from here make sure to do your own research, as they are not experts here!
A	Alejandro Ghio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was surprised with this hidden little gem: Probably one of the coolest pet shops I've seen in Tokyo. They have pretty much anything you can think of. But they also have some friendly animals on display. A pony horse, a small deer, an owl, and the coolest thing, a few dogs that you can actually pet! There's even small benches for the kids to climb and have fun with the dogs. Prices are a little higher than expected, but still is worth to give a visit.

M	Majji on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This “pet shop” sells a lot of exotic animals, even a goat, a pony, meerkat, owl and many more. They have lizards and crickets as well. So if you would want to buy some cool exotic animals, this is the place. But the condition of the place is quite bad and it stinks. So I’m not sure if the animals are actually healthy or not. Buy at your own risk. Feel quite bad for the animals.
S	Stephanie B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My cat goes there regularly for her haircut. They do an excellent job and the cat is always so happy when I pick her up, not stressed. The store is so interesting and has a very casual feel to it. The staff is so friendly and they seem to really like animals and take an interest in whatever pet someone is bringing in for grooming or just in general. Considering all the variety of pets they have living in the shop, their pet areas are kept nice and tidy and seem to have a lot more personal care and roaming space than all the other pet stores in Tokyo.
