2回行きました。1回目は特に可もなく不可もなくでしたが、2回目は最悪でした… 男性スタイリストさんでしたが、こんな髪型にしたいと画像を何枚か出したら、どれもちょっと馬鹿にした物言いで却下され、代替案もなく、さらには髪の痛みを連呼され、「ヘアケアちゃんとやってます?」「自分の髪が他と比べて傷んでるのわかります?」と言われてショックでした。カラーもパーマより先に髪の痛みなんとかしないと、とのこと。 私、ケアしてます…(ちなみに別のサロンでは、髪の痛みはそこまで言われるほどではなく、カラーやパーマも特に問題ないと言われた) さらには今の髪型にしてくれた別のサロンのスタイリストさんのことも悪く言われ、悲しかったです。 非常にショックで結局何もせず店を出ました…軽く美容院がトラウマになりました。 某予約サイトの口コミは、サロン側が悪い口コミは非掲載にもできるのでまったく意味ないと思います。

初めての利用でしたがとても丁寧にカウンセリングしていただき、仕上がりも満足です。 ただ残念なのが、結構色んな美容院でありがちな当初予約したメニューよりさらにプラスした値段をほぼ強制的に勧めてきたことです。 どんなに仕上がりが良かったり対応が丁寧だったり、髪質的にどんな理由があってもプラス料金のメニューや自店の商品を勧められるのが私は非常に嫌いです。 通うか通わないか決める時に第一にそこを見るので残念ですが、もう通う事はないです。 前に目黒店に通った時も同じ事をされたのでここの方針でしょうか。 今回はありがとうございました。

最悪な仕上がりです。 こんな美容院早く潰れて欲しいです。 コロナ自粛をしていて久しぶりの美容院ということで楽しみにしていたが期待を裏切られました。行かなければよかったです。 ホットペッパービューティーでは賞を取っていたり、縮毛矯正の得意なサロンと謳っていたり、口コミの評価も高かったり(低評価の口コミは削除できるらしいから削除したのかもしれませんね)一見良さそうで選んだものの、お金も時間も無駄になって最悪。 カット、カラー、トリートメント、縮毛矯正全て込みで15000円のコース。当日は3時間ほどの所要時間。縮毛矯正をかけた当日から髪が広がり、たった翌日にうねりとハネが生じ、またカットも毛先がバサバサしていてこれではお金をかけた意味がないと思い、1週間後にかけ直しを依頼。 かけ直しの際は前回の担当O島さんとは当然別の方にお願いしましたが、その際に「毛先が重くなっているから広がりやすい」「前回の縮毛は、縮毛矯正用というよりストレートパーマ用のとても弱い薬を使っていたので癖が治らなかったのだと思う」と説明されました。 前回はそんなこと聞いていません。勝手にそんなことを行ったというのが信じられません。 そしてその日は縮毛と少しのカットだけ行ったがなぜか前回と同じく3時間かかりました。前回は適当だったのだろうと疑わざるを得ません。 そしてかけ直しをしても多少はマシになったくらいでハネ、うねり、パサつき、広がりは治っていない。本当にお金と時間の無駄になりました。 比較として、他の美容院で縮毛をした時の写真と、今回のChloe恵比寿での写真を載せます。仕上がりが全く違います。 あと話によると、客が暑いと訴えても、エアコンの調子が悪いと嘘を言って自分の好みの温度に設定している女性美容師もいるそうで呆れます。客より自分が優先ってどうなんでしょう。 1万5000円もかけて美容院に行く前より髪の毛がチリチリになるとは誰が想像するでしょうか?元の髪の毛に戻して欲しいです。 もう二度と行きませんし早く潰れて欲しいです。 こんなに最悪な美容院は初めてです。

悪い口コミはホットペッパービューティーに掲載しないサロンです(^-^) 担当は「木村優」という美容師でしたが、ザクザクバッサリでカットの技術が皆無。おまけに香水臭いという特典付き!施術が終了してからお手洗いを借りた際は中でトイレ掃除をしていた長髪の男性美容師に不機嫌に出てこられ肩をぶつけられましたが、謝罪もなし(^-^)そんなサロンです。冗談でもオススメはできませんよ♪

Even though I didn't speak a lot of Japanese, I was able to communicate what I wanted through pictures. The price was incredible, and I got exactly what I wanted for much cheaper than I normally pay in Shibuya. Maki-san did an excellent job dying my bleached hair to match my natural root color. They also provide you with tea (hot / iced) and snacks while you wait, and they have televisions embedded in the mirrors so you can watch while you get your hair done.
