ゆ	ゆみ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私自身、太っていることがすごくコンプレックスでした。ですが他のジムに行っても痩せるには痩せるがリバウンドするばかり… その中で見つけたのがZilchでした。 Zilchでは痩せることだけでなく姿勢改善だったり痛みの改善などをやっており、その人の骨格にあったトレーニングメニューを考えているので体が見違えるように変わっていきました！毎日体の変化がわかるので本当に通ってよかったです！さらにはトレーニングだけでなく整体、ボディケアも行なっており、トレーニングで疲れた体をしっかりとケアしてくれるのでトレーニングの疲労を残さず、次の日の余暇を楽しめました！通って損は絶対にないと思います！むしろ自分を変えたい方は絶対に通った方がいいです！そのくらいオススメできます！トレーナーさんも優しかったのですごくやりやすかったしモチベーションも保ったまま頑張れました?
