★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 買取りの際に30分くらいかかると言われたので、近所に昼食を食べに行って小一時間して戻ったら店員に「10分くらい前に査定が終わって呼び出したのに、すぐ来てもらわないと困る。そのせいで他の業務に支障が出る」と言われました。何時間も放置して戻ったなら分からなくもないけど、この程度で文句言われるのはどうなんでしょう？査定終わるまでずっと店内に居ろってことでしょうか？それで他の業務が滞るなら仕事の仕方が悪いだけでしょう。店内の空気も悪い(臭い)し星1つにしたかったところですが、買取価格だけは期待より良かったので星2つです。

それ自体は問題はないのだが、解体が大変だから包装して持ち帰ってくれ、包装紙代は客が払えと来た
車だから別に包装しなくても構わない旨を伝えた所「ここら辺最近うるさいので」と強制強要気味に包装紙代を徴収された
店側の意思を通すために客に一方的に負担を強いる店になったんですね、たった数週間前は箱なし商品であったら無料で梱包してくれたのに。
今迄ありがとうございました、二度と利用しませんので末長く経営を続けられると幸いです。

。もう少し配慮してほしい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前から何度かエアガン周辺用品を見に行ってますが、店としてのモラルは大分低いと思います。
客対応しているスタッフが客に対して「〇〇社は社内の枯れた技術を使いまわしてるだけw」と揚々と語っていたのは正直引いた。
その会社の製品を扱わせて頂いている。と言う意識・敬意を持てない程度ならまだしも、その会社の製品を買おうとしている客に対しておっぴろげにしてしまうのはアウトだと思った。
また、たまたまゲーム機のコーナーに寄った際に
PS5の新古品が定価の倍近い金額で堂々と置いてあったのも個人的にはどうかと思う。
この企業自体が「中古品販売・小売・転売」の役割や存在意義の区別がついてないと思われる。
全体的に小売販売店・販売員としての意識が欠けている店舗だと思う
あと、確かに店内はなんか臭い

口コミがいまいちだったので少し不安でしたが、接客も丁寧だし査定も一点一点丁寧にしてくれたみたいで、とても満足です！金額の高い安いは分かりませんが自分が思ってたよりも全然良かったです。
駐車場が広いので車で行くにはとても便利です♪まとめて片付けたい人にはオススメ。
夕方くらいに行きましたが、大人から小学生くらいの子供まで近隣の方々が好んで立ち寄ってる印象でした。
査定中にマニアックなキャラソンCDも物色できて楽しく過ごせました♪
