電話で問合せする時も対応が良い女性店員さんが出てくれるのを期待して電話しますが男性が出ると「うわっ。またこいつかよ。」っていつも思っています。
接客業なのだからもう少し態度を改めた方が良いですよ。
特別な事は求めません。
せめて普通の態度になって下さい。
と、言っても開店した当初から無愛想なんで死ぬまで変わらないんでしょうね。
変わる事に一切期待が出来ないので星1つです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ タイミングが良かったのか掘り出し物を見つけました。
小さな店舗ですがアロマが香って雰囲気もいいと思います。
あと店員さんが綺麗な方で話しやすかっですね。
家電に雑貨と家具、あと古着が少しおいてました。
価格も大型店に比べて手頃だと思います。
しない配送は近郊なら一回1000 円程度と良心的かと。
また利用したいですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話対応してくださった女性がとても感じ良かったのでお願いしました。
他社では『4000円から引き取り料金がかかる、見てみないとわからない。』といわれましたが、こちらは電話のみで引き取り料金は発生しないとおっしゃってくださり、本当に電話通りの対応でした。
対応してくださった男性の店長らしき方も優しい方で、他社ではそんな書類は聞いたことがないと言われたリサイクルの証明も無料で書いて下さいました。お支払いしますと言っても断られてしまいました。
今時こんな感じのいい店があるのかと、お礼を言って店を出ました。

家電家具はほとんど何も持たずに引っ越してきて、
こちらで
洗濯機・キッチンボード・キッチンペーパーホルダー・鏡つきドレッサー・バー風テーブルを購入しましたが、全部これだ！と一目ぼれ状態でした。
月をまたいで別の日に行っているので外れがないな！と感激しました。
一人暮らしを始めて気に入る家具を置きたいなと、
さんざんネットも見たし、
駅前の大きなリサイクルショップも見に行きましたがリサイクルのものは今のとこ全部こちらにお世話になってます。
買い物中は、私は話しかけられたりされるよりも自分の部屋に置くものを静かに考えたいタイプなので
お店の中も騒がしい音楽が流れていたりもなくゆっくり見れるのが非常に好きです。
配達もたまたまかもですが翌日に配送していただけて、
洗濯機取り付け作業も丁寧にささっと対応していただきました。
万が一水漏れした時対策として蛇口は都度閉めた方が良いのアドバイスをして下さったり、長く余ってしまったホースを良い感じにきちっと受け皿に綺麗に収めて下さったり、
配達時間が予定時間から遅れるわけではないのに
時間ギリギリになりそうだけど大丈夫かと事前に一言連絡してくださったり、
とても丁寧な気持ち良い対応をしてくださるお店です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ モノは状態よかったり、掘り出し物もあると思います。ただやはり皆さん仰るように、昔っからここのオーナーの男性はいつ何時行っても、めちゃくちゃ感じ悪いです。
いらっしゃいませも無ければ、ありがとうございますも無い なんて事ザラ、いやむしろそれがデフォルトです 笑
まるで客は透明人間のようなんです…。
それも、いい意味で向こうが気配を消すわけではなく、謎の圧を感じます。
恐る恐る何か聞いてもブスッと最短に答え、以降 貝の如く黙ります。
買い物に来たのに、店を出るとストレスから解放された感すらあるのが毎回謎すぎます。
ただ、定期的にレイアウト替えをしてたり、モノによっては割と良心的価格なので、嫌な空気を覚悟の上 たまに近くを通った時だけ寄ったりします。
しかしやはりそれは、本来客側がする必要ない覚悟なので…
そこはプロとしてオーナーとして、これだけ多くの同様の声を真摯に受け止め 改善していって欲しいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 引越しに伴い、不用品の処分をお願いしました。大手他社さんだと処分費がかかる所、逆に値段をつけていただけ、とても助かりました。ダメ元でスクラップ状態のほか不用品もご相談した所、無料で引き取っていただけたりと、とても親切で感謝感謝です。
引越しの際の不用品処分は、当日に莫大な処分費が追加されたりする事もあると聞いた事があったので不安でしたが、終始にこやかなご対応で、とても安心しました。
地元の方は是非オススメします。

店内はかわいい雑貨があり、リサイクルショップの中ではオシャレな感じでした。
そうこうしていると、中古にしてはすごく綺麗なサイドシェルチェアを発見。
価格もこんなんで良いのって感じるくらいのコスパの良さ。
まさに掘り出し物発見！ありがとうございました。
