設備も申し分ありません。休日の夕方は多少混みがちです、少し早めに出向くと空いていて利用しやすいと思います。
 The gym here is often used.
The facilities are also perfect. The evenings on holidays tend to be a little crowded, so if you go a little early, you'll be vacant and easy to use.

個人利用は大人250円、小中学生100円。回数券や定期券あり。回数券は10回分の価格で11回利用可能。
アリーナはイベントや貸切利用がない時しか利用できない。事前にホームページでご確認を。
アリーナ個人開放時は、卓球台×8、バドミントン×2コート利用可能。道具と内履き持参。
更衣室に20円で利用できるコインロッカーがあり、シャワールーム（男性は4ブース）も併設されており、無料で利用可能。
トレーニングルーム、ランニングコース、アリーナ個人解放は、それぞれ利用料金が必要。
おおむね小学校低学年まで利用できるネットや小さいボルタリングが設備されたアスレチックのようなものがあり。
You can exercise comfortably in a beautiful gymnasium.
Individual use is 250 yen for adults and 100 yen for elementary and junior high school students. There are coupons and commuter passes. The coupon can be used 11 times at a price of 10 times.
The arena can only be used when there are no events or chartered use. Check on the homepage in advance.
When the arena is open to the public, table tennis table x8 and badminton x2 courts are available. Bring tools and internal wear.
There is a coin locker that can be used for 20 yen in the changing room, and a shower room (4 booths for men) is also available for free use.
Training rooms, running courses, and arena individual liberation require separate fees.
There are things like athletics with nets and small voltaling that are generally available until the lower grades of elementary school.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まだ比較的新しい施設です。最寄り駅は越後曽根駅ですが、かなり距離があります。乗用車での来場はアクセスしやすいです。
It is still a relatively new facility. The nearest station is Echigo-Sone Station, but it is quite a distance away. Visitors by car are easy to access.
