Best Shabu-shabu restaurant in japan

W	Wonsun Shin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Zakuros and have gone to other locations in the past but this location has the worst service ever! Our server kept forgetting to serve us that our vegetables were completely overcooked and the server had no concept of a dessert so she asked us if we wanted our dessert while we were still eating our noodles. Also, when we called for our server, she would naively ask us what it is that we need and we had to point at the boiling vegetables and only then she would serve the vegetables. And when complained to the manager, they apologized and changed our server but it was too late then. This location is certainly not ready for the upcoming Olympics in terms of linguistic ability and hospitality.

M	Mike Park on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very traditional Shabu Shabu restaurant. The Shabu Shabu pots were heated by charcoal and not the usual propane tank and pot method. They were made of copper and looked antique. This definitely made for a better dining experience. The quality of the meats and vegetables were very high and they were some of the best I've had. When I travel to Tokyo I always try to dine at authentic restaurants. Zakuro Ginza does not disappoint.
C	Condominium Wassanachotikul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i’ve been here many many time and never once that the Zaguro disappointed me. everything here is so good. the service is the best, the beef is so so good. try the A5 or A4 for the best experience. the sause is good too and the price is resonable for me. not too expensive for this kind of quality.

We could not have asked for better service. The food was excellent and the staff assisted throughout to allow us to relax and talk. Every course was amazing. We created great memories and hope to dine here again!
