★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 揉めている案件でもなく、必要書類も全部揃った上でお願いしたのに、手続き終了したのが3ヵ月後。しかも「調べてお電話します」「終わったら書類を持って伺います」など言いながら、実際は電話はこず、「終わったので取りに来てください」と。とてもいい加減な対応で、もうお願いすることはないなと思いました

What's more, he said, "I'll look it up and call you" and "I'll bring you the documents when you're done." It was a very sloppy response, and I thought I wouldn't ask anymore.
