ボタンを買ったのだけど引き出しごと外して持っていくようで、箱の端に書いてあり見えなかったので、このままボタンをレジに持っていくと次回からちゃんと引き出しを外して持ってくるように怒られた。謝ったが許してくれず、商品も少ないので袋いらないと言うと、はあ？っと言いつっけんどんに扱われた。
安心して下さい、そごうの９階で次回から買いますから、さすがデパート商品探していると、親切な声を掛けてくれます。

検討している商品について質問したのですが、「はあ…」や「あーはいはい」、手持ちのカタログを奪うようにして確認して、そこに記載されている内容の範囲内で回答するなど、自分で対応できなそうならバックヤードの他の方に投げるなどいくらでもできるはずなのに…（同時にしていた他の件で裏の方に確認しに行っていたので他の店員さんはいるのはいるようです）
高額な商品だったので、確認して納得できたらそこで買おうと思っていましたが、別のお店で買うことにしました。
こちらの店舗には、実際の商品と自分のイメージが合っているかどうか、あくまで商品を確認するためだけに行った方が良いです。
あの感じではアフターサポートも心配になります。
