ここ結崎は、川西町の中心駅として活況を呈する駅です。
また、駅を挟んで東西に屋内駐輪場が完備されており、自転車での通勤もラクラク！
屋根付きホームで雨の日も安心です。
水洗トイレも設置されており、急な腹痛にも完全対応！
上下ホームともエアコン完備の待合室や、西大寺方面ホームには飲み物やアイスクリームの自動販売機まであり、列車が来るまで快適に過ごすことが出来ます。
ホームへの通路は緩やかなスロープになっているので車椅子利用の方も安心です。
もし不安でしたらインターホンが設置されており、駅係員無配置の時間帯に乗降介助の駅係員さんをお呼びすることも可能です。
駅前には大型ショッピンセンターおくやまや駅直結の月極駐車場、憩いの場となる公園施設や広々としたロータリーなど実に様々な施設があります。
朝夕には工業団地行きのマイクロバスの発着もあり、たくさんの派遣社員の方々で賑わいます。
これだけ乗降があるのに急行を停めないのは勿体ない！
むしろ特急を停めても良いレベルでは？

If you are worried, there is an intercom installed, and you can call a station attendant for getting on and off the station during the time when there is no station attendant.
In front of the station, there are various facilities such as a large shopping center Okuyama and a monthly parking lot directly connected to the station, a park facility and a spacious roundabout.
In the morning and evening, there is a microbus to / from the industrial park, which is crowded with many temporary employees.

構内踏切があり、電車が近づいてきたときは反対側のホームに移動できないので注意しましょう。
トイレは２番乗り場のみにあります。
