こちらで購入された物でしょうか？
と不思議そうに質問され、はいと答えましたがどこか腑に落ちない様子。(他店ですが眼鏡市場で購入しました)
調整が終わり、指紋がベタベタたくさん付いた状態で返されました。
え、拭いて頂けないんですか？
と言っても、謝りもせず無言で受け取って
これで様子みて下さい。
と返されました。
以前眼鏡店で働いていましたが、眼鏡調整で来られたお客様にいちいちどこで購入したか伺ったこともありませんし、たとえ他店で購入されたものでも(メーカーをみれば分かります)皆様同じ接客をしてきました。
企業によって違うのかもしれませんが、あまりの違いに驚きました。
購入後半年以内の度数調整で伺った際は、20〜30代の男性店員さんに対応して頂きました。
少し見えづらいので度数を上げて欲しかったのですが
検査の結果では、度数はこのまま合ってるので上げなくて大丈夫です。
と。
確かに、度数を上げても視力も変わらないですしレッドグリーンも同じでした。
しかしそもそも眼鏡合わせをするにあたって、他覚的検査の結果のみをあてにするのはどうなんでしょうか？眼鏡というのは他覚も大事ですが、一番は自覚として快適に掛けられることが大事なんじゃないでしょうか？
結局度数交換はして頂けませんでした。
理由を伺っても、上記の内容でした。
女性の方も男性の方も、少し残念な印象でした。
