近くにいた店長らしき人はチラ見するだけで知らん顔。
外食やアパレルもそうですが、店舗が多い企業はスタッフの質が良かったり悪かったりが激しいですね。

事務的な話しをしてさっさと終わろうとしていた。お客側の話しは聞かないし
一方的で驚いた。昨年眼鏡の度を合わせに行った時はもう少しちゃんとした
スタッフが居て親切だった。今年はスタッフが変わったのかな…
話し方が、キツイ男性だったのでかなり不快でした。次回からは別のJINSに行こうと思います。わざわざ感じ悪い店で買う必要がないと感じました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アフターフォローが最悪!メガネがゆるんできたから調整をお願いしたら出来ないと言われた。「ここで買ったのに出来ないんですか?」と言ったら「調整中にレンズにヒビガ入っても保証が出来ませんがいいですか?」と言われた。絶対にかけていれば調整が必要になるのに信じられないし、当たり前のことのように言われた。安いからちょくちょく買い換えろと言うことのようだけど、二度と買わない!
