契約締結時は、モゴモゴ何言ってるかわからないし、接客中でも携帯を取る始末。
お茶を出せとは言わないが、長時間になるのならば一言欲しいし、自分だけ水分補給で何度も席外してばかりでどうかなと思いました。
とにかく説明不足が多すぎる。
担当者は悪かったですが、他の方や店長さんの対応はとても良く、説明もわかりやすかったので、お店としては良いと思います。

The person in charge was bad, but the response from other people and the store manager was very good, and the explanation was easy to understand, so I think it is good for the store.
