 My daughter is looking for an apartment and I am grateful for her prompt and courteous response. The property has a wider bay window and entrance than I expected, and it is sunny and satisfying. The room was also a good deal and it was a shop with a high professional consciousness.

地元では有名みたいですね、皆さんの口コミ見てから行けば良かったです、他の不動産でお世話になりました！

良い口コミは絶対サクラですから、みなさんくれぐれもお気をつけ下さいね。
元々管理をお願いをしていましたが、退去後の原状回復はなかなかしてくれませんし、入居も全然決まらないし。
回復もしないで入居なんて決まる物も決まらないですよね…。まぁひどい会社ですよ…
大家さんも一般の方も気をつけてくださいね。
おかげさまで管理会社を変えて、今は満室です。

I was surprised that there were many bad reviews. The other day, I was introduced to the property here and was able to proceed smoothly to move in. Even after the contract, I am satisfied with the prompt response to this request. I was worried about moving from Saitama, but the staff are kind and I can move with peace of mind.
