齋	齋藤行宏 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 気になったので入ってみました。駐車５台、少し狭いので注意が必要。ラーメンは、食券で８００円のを頼みした（品名忘れた）。鶏と合鴨の出汁の醤油味。いい感じに少し濃い目の味です。連結メンマとネギが、口の中の塩っ気を緩和してくれます。鶏ムネのチャーシューと合鴨？燻製？のチャーシューが珍しいので、オススメです！ I was curious, so I went in. Please note that 5 parking spaces are a little small. For ramen, I ordered 800 yen for a meal ticket (I forgot the product name). The soy sauce flavor of chicken and duck soup stock. It has a nice and slightly strong taste. Connected Menma and green onions relieve saltiness in the mouth. Chicken fillet char siu and duck? Smoked? Char siu is rare, so I recommend it!
く	くーまちゃん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 煮干しガッツリ系と聞き、はじめて訪問してみました。しかしながら、煮干し系は売り切れのようで、何種類かのこだわりの限定や油そば等のメニューでした。メニューを見ると、こだわりの食材で作られているのが強く感じられました。ただ、コショウや辣油、お酢、一味等味変スパイスが置かれていないのは、少々残念に感じました。また、限定系は大盛不可とのことで、こちらは、大いに残念でした。次は、リベンジとして煮干し系を狙って気が向いたら再訪してみたいです。 I heard that it is a dried sardine, so I visited it for the first time. ヒ	ヒロ, on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店長さんの高圧的な態度が特徴的なお店です。味に関しては出汁はきちんととっていますが甘みが少なくキリっとしたスープのため好みが分かれると思います。チャーシューやトッピングは仕事が丁寧で美味しい。限定メニュー目当てのお客さんも多く私もほぼ限定メニューを食べに行く感じです。裏を返せばレギュラーメニューはリピートしようと思わないということですが。何より店長のスタッフに対する口調などを聞いていると食欲が失せてしまいます。また、知り合いの方など人を見て態度が変わるところも見ていて気持ちのいいものではありません。もう少し柔軟に余裕のある接客ができればいいのにと思います。twitter等でも口コミしている人は店長と仲の良い方ばかりで一般の方が口コミしたら噛みつかれそうな雰囲気すらある。飲食店は雰囲気作りも大切だと思います。 The store is characterized by the high-pressure attitude of the store manager. T	Tom Yasu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて伺わせていただきました。星は１にさせて頂きました。理由としまして、あまりにも緊張させれらるお店の雰囲気・サービスです。初でしたので、券売機の左上の「中華そば」と「チャーシュー飯」をオーダーしました。食券は、フロアを担当されている女性に渡し、「醤油」を伝えました。味は、人それぞれの好みですので、今回の星の数には含んでいません。中華そばは、スープが多い方が好きな自分なので、もう少しスープが欲しかったです。気になったのは、入店から退出までのピリピリ感。お客さんの誰も話もしない雰囲気でした。平日の12時過ぎでしたので同僚やご夫婦がいらっしゃったのですが、お葬式みたいに静かでした。席に座ると、注意書きがあります。「・・・しないで下さい」みたいな箇条書きの張り紙が目の前に。特に気になったのは、ティッシュペーパーは入り口側のゴミ捨てに自分で捨てるようにとのこと。確かに、自分が食べている時に帰られたお客さんに、「使ったティッシュ、ゴミ箱におねがいします」と、少し威圧的に感じる言い方でした。ですので、自分はティッシュはきちんと入り口側のゴミ箱に。また、注意書きには、写真は料理だけとか、会話は慎むようになど。せっかくの楽しい食事が、残念なものに。また、お水もセルフサービスだったのですが、席に着いた時や食券を渡した時にも何も言われないので、お忘れずに。 I visited you for the first time. 香	香取線香 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 濃厚生姜白湯ラーメン（税込900円、中盛＋100円）を注文。４人で行ったのですが、先に2人分到着し半分以上食べ終わったくらいで到着。もちっと早いと嬉しいっす。見た目は最高。食べると、、、白湯にすりおろし生姜を混ぜたって感じ。そのままですが。白湯にもっと出汁の旨味があると美味しいのにと思いました。それがないので混ぜた感じを超えてこない普通の味な気がします。偉そうに語ってますが笑笑。麺は美味しいし、チャーシューもまぁまぁ美味しい。4年前位に食べた時は淡麗？ラーメンですが、もっと美味しかったイメージなので少し残念でした。しかし、それ以上に残念なのが接客です。威圧的な店主っぽい人と、気遣う言葉がないお母さん？がいます。コロナ禍で飲食業の方が大変なのは分かります。ホントの苦しさまでは知りようがありませんが。ですが、言い方というか、苛ついてる気持ちが言葉に込められているようで、あれではお客さんが離れると思いますし、自ら首を絞めてるようなものだと思います。違うもの食べようかな？という考えになりません。そこを改善して頂きたいと勝手ながら思い、書かせてもらいました。偉そうですみません。ごちそうさまでした。頑張ってください！ I ordered rich ginger plain hot water ramen (900 yen including tax, medium size + 100 yen).
