★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 指圧系をリラクゼーションとして受けるとやはり施術者のレベルによってかなり違うし、そもそも、リラクゼーション向きではないよなぁと改めて思いました。骨にそって指が食い込んでくるから痛いし。按摩を専門に学んだ施術者とは結構かけ離れた自己流？店流？
指圧って即効性があるから比較しやすいよね。ヒビヤという場所だったんのでもう少し洗練されていることを期待していたのですが。残念。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マッスルセラピーはとても気持ちがいい。強もみが好きだが部位によっては痛みに弱いところもかりマッサージに行くと強さの指定に難渋するんですが、このマッスルセラピーは全てちょうどよく感じられる不思議なマッサージ。
ただ最後にちょっと勧誘があるので面倒
次の予約を取ろうとかチケットを買おうみたいな…
この系列のお店は他にトータルセラピーなんかも行くけどやっぱり勧誘がある
そんなにきついものではないし断ればすんなりひいてくれるけど…
