現在の物件は沢山物件を見たのでそろそろ決めようと思った時に庄屋さんが｢良かったらもう1件見てみませんか？｣と言ってくれました。父親の介護の為に広い部屋を探していたのですが、2人が納得出来る物件を紹介してくれました
今回も見積り依頼を夜に入れたら村上さんが朝、営業時間外なのに電話をもらい庄屋さんが再度電話をくれて午前中に3件紹介してくれました、
感謝しかありません

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ シングルマザーでここの物件を借りましたが、最初は感じが良い印象を受けましたが、退去時に強制的に40,000円を取られる事になり非常に不愉快でした。説明でも絶対に支払い義務が発生しますなんて説明はなかったのに。凄く後味悪かったです。
そんなに住んでおらず、汚れもないのにも関わらずです。
本来はクリーニング費用ってかからないんですよ。家賃に含まれてないとおかしいんです。
もうこちらでは２度と利用しません。
ここで物件借りようとしてる人は気を付けてください。
星一もつけたくないです。

Even though I don't live that much and it's clean.
Originally, there is no cleaning cost. It's strange if it's not included in the rent.
I will never use it again here.
Please be careful if you are trying to rent a property here.
