★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 買取のルールが徹底されていない。初回時の県外からの買取は身分証のみの掲示で良いはずなのに店員がそれを知らない。
何度も利用している客に対して失礼な態度。断るにも断り方というものがある。ただ出来ません！出来ません！というのでは小学生でも出来ます。

大量に売る物はあったが駐車場もない、仕分けしようにも場所がない、店員が手伝う気もない。
もう行く事はありません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 同人誌を売りに行った際、折れてない同人誌も折れてると言われ、めんどくさくなったのか半分以上の同人誌は買い取ってくれず、買取は1冊1円。ここまではまだ我慢出来た。
しかし身分証提示した際、返して貰えずその事を店に電話し返しに貰いに店員の所へ向かうと謝罪の言葉もなく無愛想に返された。
もう二度と利用しない

カードを折る気ですか？また客の悪口を言うのであればその人がいない時に言ったほうが良いですよ。ワットマンの本部の人にぜひ行って欲しいと言われてたので通ってきましたが、とても残念です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ヴァイスのパックは、サーチされていると思います。バラで買うと必ず14パックしかなく、開封するとRRR.SRなどは一切出ませんでした!転スラ、シャニマス、プリコネの計3回すべて出ませんでした。運も関係するので、RかRRしかいらないって人にはもってこいです！私はもう行きませんし、定員の態度は最悪です。

たった1、2ケ月の間に告知もなしに勝手に買取ルールをコロコロ変えて来て前回買取してもらったジャンルの物を出来ないと言ってきたりと信用ならない店です。
近隣の桃太郎もそうですが、買取査定が他の地域に比べありえないぐらい辛い

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本厚木にあるゲームやらアニメDVD、それにフィギュア等の二次元系グッズに強いお店。新品も中古品も取り扱いあり。４階建てで各フロアごとに売っているものが違う。本厚木には同系統の店として桃太郎王国があるがこちらのほうがもろもろバランスがいいような気が…する。ギャルゲとかはこっちでしか買えないのではないだろうか。
良心的な値段だと思うし、買い取りも色々とボーナスがあったりして良心的な印象。セールもちょくちょくやってる。ポイントも買い取りと購入のどちらにも付きますし。思わぬ掘り出しものがあったりするので近所に住んでいるオタクな人たちは行ってみたほうがいいかもしれない。
