安藤忠雄氏に憧れていたので、ぜひここは見に行きたいと初めて淡路島に上陸して見たのがここです。
コンクリートむき出しの無機質なテクスチャが特徴的な公共施設で、直線・円・楕円・レベル違いなどの様々な要素が絡み合った空間は、なんとも言えない不思議な気持ちになります。
高い位置からは海が一望でき、眺望景観も最高。特に奥にある百段苑は本当に見もので、百段苑の一番高いところからも海と傾斜を一望できる絶景スポットになっています。
 It was the first time in 2007 that I went to a building tour during my first year in college and did my own in 2007.
I was longing for Tadao Ando, so this is where I first landed on Awaji Island and saw it.
A public facility with a characteristic inorganic texture exposed to the concrete. A space in which various elements such as straight lines, circles, ellipses, and different levels are intertwined creates a mysterious feeling.
From a high position you can overlook the sea and the view is the best. In particular, the Hyakudan-en at the back is truly a sight to see, and from the highest point of Hyakudan-en is a superb view spot overlooking the sea and the slope.
