Y	Y Morning on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鉄板スパゲッティ発祥のお店。喫茶店好きなら行くべき！というお店。今は初代さんの娘さんとご主人がお店を継いでらっしゃいます。あっつあつの鉄板に乗って出てくるスパゲッティはトマトケチャップベースのほんのり甘い感じ。食べ応えも抜群！懐かしの赤いウインナーも入ってますよ(^^) 来年2018年には区画整理ですぐ北川側の土地に移転されます。どんなお店になるのか楽しみです。 The birthplace of teppanyaki spaghetti. 五	五十嵐刹那 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「なごやめし」でどうしても行きたかったのが、「鉄板イタリアン」パスタはあんかけスパゲティのヨコイが有名ですが、ここ喫茶ユキは鉄板イタリアンの発祥の店なのです。創業者がイタリアに行った時熱々の鉄板ステーキを食べた時長く店に滞在して珈琲を飲む名古屋の喫茶店文化で、少しでも長く温かい食べ物をお客様に提供したい、と思い付いた鉄板イタリアンだそうでお客様を大切にするお店のコンセプトを感じます。料理自体は鉄板に溶き卵を流してその上にケチャップのナポリタンを乗せ、卵のとろみとパスタを混ぜながら頂く単純な物ですが、ボリュームもかなりあり、なかなか冷めず熱々のまま食べ進めていくと途中から溶き卵が炒り卵焼きに…まあ、これもまたありかな? こだわりはナポリタンと言わずイタリアンという。食後のホットコーヒーはやはり美味しい♥ なぜか解らないが、付け合わせにかっぱえびせん… コーヒーとかっぱえびせんの組合わせは初めてでした。合うのかな…?何故かな❔ 雨が降ってきたので自転車のサドルをタオルで拭いてくれたお店の方の優しさがこの店の根強い人気なのですね。 What I really wanted to go to at "Nagoyameshi" is "Teppany Italian" pasta, which is famous for its anchovy spaghetti, but here Yuki Cafe is the origin of Teppany Italian.
