★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付はクリニックの印象を大きく変わると思うのですが、わざわざぶっきらぼうな話し方をする方を
受付で採用されたのかが素朴な謎です。。
印象は悪くはないですが、決っして良くはないです。一瞬の、うっという感覚が引っかかっりますが、他のレディースクリニックでも似たような感じなので割り切りろうと思います。
先生は親切な印象です。

生理不順のため、当クリニックを受診しました。
女医の先生はとても親切だったが、受付の方(メガネかけてる女性)の態度が非常に悪くて驚きました。しかも大声でお客さんのこと他のスタッフと喋りながらめちゃ笑ってました。とても失礼です！2度と行きたくないです。
Not recommended.
I visited our clinic because of irregular menstruation.
The female doctor was very kind, but I was surprised that the receptionist (female wearing glasses) had a very bad attitude. Moreover, I was laughing loudly while talking to other staff about the customer. Very rude! I don't want to go again.

女医の方はさばさばしていますが、自分的にそこまで気になるような言い方ではありませんでした。気になることも聞けば教えてくれます。看護師の方も優しく、特にややベテラン感のある方は気を配ってくれ、感じの良い方です。
しかし気になるのは受付の態度。2年ほど通っていますが、声が大きく威圧的に感じる話し方のスタッフがいます。何か悪いことでもしてしまったのか、と感じるくらい笑顔や言葉に配慮がありません。
薬が体質に合っているので通っていますが、病院を変えようか悩むほどです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最近、手術でお世話になりした。あまりにも低評価が多いですが、とても親切で丁寧なクリニックです。先生はフレンドリーですが、私が不安な時は優しく声をかけてくれたり、内診が怖くて震えてしまった時は、震えが収まるまで待ってくださったりしました。看護師さんも優しい方ばかりで、内診の時はそばにいて励ましてくれます。術後のアフターケアもしっかりしているので、私は口コミに書かれているようなことは一切感じませんでした。
いつも人がたくさんいるので、それだけ人気なクリニックなんだと思います。

そして、予約なしの場合は門前払い。なので急な不正出血や、緊急の場合でも見てもらえません。
先生は、女の先生で話もよく聞いてくれます。
あと、ピルを購入するのにポイントが付き、ピルと交換できます！
一度、急な不正出血があり不安だったので見てもらいたかったのですが、予約取ってくださいと言われ、他の病院で受診した際、ここの病院に普段通ってると言ったら、あ〜あのピルばっかり処方する先生ね〜！と意味深なことを言われました。周りの病院からも評判が悪いのでしょうか...

大きな声で人のプライバシーに関する事を話す、症状やつらい事を、女医と看護師で鼻で笑う。
内診が痛い。下手だと思う。
あと、検査代やピルがおかしい位 高い。
二度と行きませんし、なぜ存続できているのか分からないレベルのクリニックです。

わたしが行った時は受付の方も笑顔でとても感じよく、看護師さんの説明も丁寧でしたし、
先生もとても優しくてきちんと説明してくださり、原因不明の不正出血についてもどうしたら良いかな〜？と考えてくださいました。
かかりつけ婦人科でピルを処方してもらってますが、そちらはもうかなりお年の先生なのでもしか辞められたらこちらでお世話になろうかと思いました。
