★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先生最悪です。院長（山辺）はいつも適当。私なんて保険治療のピルを処方してもらうために毎月通っていますが、診察室のドアを開けるなり「お変わりありませんかー」と聞かれてドア半開きで「はい・・・」って言ったらそれで終わり。椅子にすわることもなく。先日、体調について相談したかったのですが「あなたのイライラはピルでもうちでも治りません。精神科か心療内科に行ってください。そのほうがあなたは幸せでしょ」と言われました。クスリの変更やそのほかの体調の診断、診察はしてもらえません。非常勤の女医さんの中にはいい先生もいますがその先生にあたることはほぼないです。以前たまたま良い女医さんに当たっていろいろ話をきいてくださいましたがもういません。とにかく院長最悪。ピルだけ、手っ取り早くって言うならいいかもしれませんが看護師も院長も最悪です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ レビューを見てたら不安になりますが、私は別に悪いと思わなかったです。他に行ったことがないからかもしれないですが……
院長さんは確かに勢いが強いです。遠慮がないと言った方があってるかも。結果に不満は無いです。
女医さんは優しいです、質問にしっかり答えてくれたし説明が丁寧でした。内診中の説明もわかりやすかったです。
問診は皆さんがおっしゃる通り、待合室と同じ空間で行います。担当される方によりますが、私のときは若い方でしたが、はばかられるような内容のときは小声でしたし、とてもわかりやすかったです。受付で言ったことを繰り返し聞かれることがありますが、別に聞かれたら頷けば良いだけなのでそんな手間だとは感じませんでした。まあそこが連携できてないことはありうることですし、チェックされずに漏れてた、とかのほうが怖いです。
今まで予約していませんが、午前にいくとたいてい早いです。一度受付終了直前に行った時は割と混んでて1時間くらいかかりました。診療そのものは結果を聞くだけだったので5分くらいだったけど。まあこれは会社帰りの方とか多そうだったので仕方ないですね。
そもそもレビューって印象に残った時しか書かないので、病院の印象って悪いときしかつかないから、まあこの点数も納得な感じです。
人によって感じ方は違いますし、実際良い医院が他にもっとあるのかもしれないですが、私はこちらは良いと思います。三ノ宮やセンター街に用があるときならおすすめ。

It depends on the person in charge, but when I was young, I was quiet, but when the content was confusing, it was very easy to understand. I may be asked repeatedly what I said at the reception, but I didn't feel that it was a hassle because I just had to nod if asked separately. Well, it's possible that they couldn't work together, and I'm afraid that they were leaked without being checked.
I haven't booked until now, but it's usually early in the morning. When I went there just before the reception was over, it was rather crowded and it took about an hour. The medical treatment itself was about 5 minutes because I only listened to the results. Well, this seems to be a lot of people returning from work, so it can't be helped.
In the first place, I write reviews only when they leave an impression on me, so the impression of the hospital is only bad, so this score is also reasonable.
People feel differently, and there may actually be more good clinics, but I think this is good. Recommended when you have a business in Sannomiya or the center area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ①複数薬を処方してもらいましたが、そのうち１つが保険適用外なのに言ってくれませんでした。
明細書を見て保険適用外であることに気付きました。適用外ならば説明の時に一言添えるべきではないでしょうか。
②肝心の保険内のピルお薬ですが、1ヶ月に1度取りに来ないといけないようです。他のクリニックは3ヶ月に1度でいいのに。事前に電話で聞くべきでした。
保険適用外のピルなら4ヶ月分もらえるようですが、、、
③問診での会話は待合室にいる人に筒抜けです。市役所のようなイメージです。
デリケートなお話をあのような場所でするのはクリニックとして良くないと思います。
④必要ではない検査(感染症の検査)をすると言われ、その検査はいらないですと言いました、初診の人はその検査をしないといけないようです。
受付や問診や先生は普通の印象だったのに、
その他が良くないと思いました。特に①と③。違うクリニックを探します。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 問診が待合の所で人に丸聞こえなのはびっくりしたし、嫌だなと感じました。診察は忙しいせいか話を聞いてもらえないし、男性の先生の話し方が早口でよく分からなくて、早く終わらそうという感じでした。女性の先生はさっぱりしてます。患者さんが多いので仕方ないのかもしれませんが、私には合わずもう行くことはないです。もう少し、診察が丁寧な優しい先生を探そうと思いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 女医の日に受診。こちらの話を聞かず一方的に説明し、こちらが分からない事を聞くと看護師と共に笑いながらあしらわれた。患者の分からない事に耳を傾けるのがあなた達医者の仕事では？同じ女性ならもう少し患者に寄り添って欲しかった。何度かピルの為に通院してたので今までは不快に思わなかったが今回の診察で不快な気持ちになりました
待合が綺麗なところはすごく良かったです

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 生理痛が酷く過多月経もあったので2015年に受診しました。女性医師が担当でした。診察室のすぐ隣に内診室がありました。内診の時にカーテンがなかったことは不満でした。
内診の時に看護師がバスタオルをかけてくれなかったので下半身が恥ずかしい格好のままでの内診だった。女性医師の内診は痛かったです。血液検査をしたので後日結果を聞きに行った時は別の女性医師だったがこの女性医師は生理痛が酷いことに関しても過多月経に関しても全くこちらの言ったことを聞いてくれず意味不明なことを言われた。
その後は２度と行かなくなった。
初診の時は高谷医師で２回目が溝渕医師でした。

電話で事前に予約した際は、丁寧にご対応頂いてスムーズに予約を取れました。
診察は女医の方だったのですが、淡々としており作業のような感じでした。
検査で診察して頂きましたが、他の婦人科では言われたことの無い診察結果を伝えられ
薬出しておきますね。 の一言だけでした。
いざ薬局に行くと、全く女医さんから説明が無かったのでそんな薬を使わなければならないほどの病気なのか？と不安になってます。
平日の昼間でも混んでいたので、忙しいのも分かりますが…
どうして薬を出さなきゃいけないのか、何が原因で症状が出てるのかなど詳しく教えて頂きたかったです。
他の皆様も書いているように、悩んでいるから病院に行って解決したいと思われるのであれば、正直このクリニックはおすすめ出来ないです。
検査結果が分かる前に、別のクリニックも受診してみようと思います。
