★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 事務員の質が悪く星一つです。診察終了後の会計までの待ち時間が長く、気が短い方は他の病院を行く事をオススメします。
実際、老若男女問わず受付に問い合わせる方が多く、『順番にしてますから座ってお待ち下さい』の一点張りです。
しかも、言い方・口調・態度が悪い事務員さんがおり、聞いてるだけでもこちらの気分が悪くなります。
忙しいのは分かりますが、もう少し年老いた患者さんにいたわり有る態度で接しないと患者さんが遠退きますよ。
業務ファーストから患者ファーストの姿勢を望みます。
院長先生、改善お願いします。
