具体的に書いた方がいいと思い、追記・編集しています。 こちらに診察してもらう前に、別の心療内科で症状を伝えて紹介状を貰っています。その際に検査入院については聞いていて、やって欲しいことを伝えていたので、話が早かったのだと思います。 更に何週間か睡眠時間や日中眠くなった時間を記録し、提出しています。 最初から泊まり込みで検査(終夜睡眠ポリグラフ検査)と、日中にMSLT(睡眠潜時反復)検査をするとすぐに話がまとまりました。 他の病院と同じく清潔なイメージを感じました。 トイレも綺麗ですし、看護師と医者の方々も親切で懇切丁寧に説明して下さりました。 また、待合室で寝るような症状なので、話し声などは特に気にしていません……。 星4なのは駅からちょっと遠いことです?

ドクターにより当たり外れがある。移転のため紹介元へ戻ること伝えたら(たまたま担当と違う方)最後の通院日にて、たまたま担当にあたり口調は荒くギャーギャー言われました。が、元々相性は良くなく疲れてダウンした時は、CPAP忘れること多かったから致し方ないと思い妥協。定期圏内で行ける場合や、大学病院で検査の日程調整難しい方はここを選ぶよりはもう少し別の病院探した方がいいかもしれません。技師さんとかは優しかったです。

口コミ通りの受付の対応の悪さ。 というか受付だけではなく医師と検査技師?と全員スタッフの対応が悪いです。 クスクス笑い声が聞こえたり(耳をダンボにして聞いてたら患者の悪口)、検査の説明もわかりづらいです。 明らかにスタッフ間も仲悪いんだろうなーってのが待合室に座ってるだけでわかります。 担当女医も終始タメ語で話してきて、症状を聞かれた時も具体的な数字で言われてと言ってきたので、1週間の中でも1日の中でも睡眠にムラがある日が多いのでどう伝えれば良いですか?と聞いたら、「わたしはあなたじゃないから『具体的な数字!』『数字』で言ってもらわないとわからない!困るわ!!」と怒られました。笑 その後も色々聞かれましたが、とにかく「具体的に!はっきり!」言わないと怒られます。笑 寝不足で睡眠の症状で困って行ったはずなのに、問診の途中で極度のストレスによりひどい吐き気で具合が悪くなり、入院検査も投薬も全部断って帰りました。 寝る前にスマホ見る?って聞かれたので「見ません」って言ったのに結局「スマホやテレビが原因かもね」と言われました。問診の意味。笑 ちゃんと話聞いてた?? 星一もつけたくないです。むしろマイナス。 その後別の睡眠病院に通院しましたが、ちゃんと話も聞いてくださり適切な薬も投薬していただけました。 ほかにもっと良い病院もあるのでここに行くのだけは辞めた方が良いです。絶対。 お金と時間の無駄でむしろ体調悪化します。

I’ve seen 4 doctors here so far. (I come every month). The reviews for this sleep clinic are very mixed, but there aren’t many (any?) English language reviews, so I wanted to add one. The doctors (and nurses) here have all been very kind, and helpful. The reception staff, on the other hand, are a different story. I personally didn’t have much trouble making an initial appointment on the phone, but I agree with what a lot of what has been said in the reviews below. I have definitely been put in a bad mood because of interactions with them. The staff reception customer service ranges from cold to rude. The worst part, for me, is that they don’t make any effort to explain how the rules work at the hospital for new patients , and then make no effort to help them when they seem confused. My advice is to make an appointment directly with the doctor you see, so that you don’t have to interact with them much upon leaving the hospital. Example: I asked at reception if seeing the same doctor each month would be possible, and the member of staff said it’d be very difficult because of how busy the doctors were. But when I asked a doctor the same question, they said it wasn’t a problem. Another time, I had booked an appointment with a female doctor, but forgot to bring the appointment slip with me. On the day, I told the reception I’d made an appointment, and they gave me my patient folder. I went to the second floor and waited, but I didn’t get seen by a female doctor, even though I’d booked an appointment with her. I heard her voice on the intercom so I know she was present that day. When I saw a doctor in the end, I expressed my confusion at seeing someone different from expected, and he apologised and took it as a personal insult.... so another piece of advice is, bring the appointment slips with you if you actually want to see the doctor you booked with... The first couple of times I went, I didn’t realise you had to wait with your folder on the first floor after being seen, to wait for reception to call you. (To be fair, it was written on the folder, in Japanese). I was standing in front of the reception window trying to get someone’s attention for five minutes. Instead of explaining to me that they would call me, both members of staff just ignored me for the whole time, until I finally called out and pushed my folder through. They didn’t even say anything at that point. I only noticed the explanation on the folder the next time I went.
