J	J Can on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前退去したら詐欺まがいな退去明細書がきました。他の口コミでも書いてあるようにガイドラインなんて完全に無視だし退去立会しないのに当然のように高額請求してきます。そして内容の説明はありません。説明を求めると所有者からこのような請求をされてると話されましたがほんとに所有者が法外な金額を請求してるのかと疑いたくなります。こちらの会社は入居中も室内の不具合連絡をしても対応してくれません。それに連絡をしたことすら忘れられます。こちらの会社も会社ですがこの会社に物件を任せてる所有者も所有者で最低だと思います。入居から退去まで最悪な管理会社です。2度とこちらの会社にはかかわりたくないです。 When I moved out before, I received a fraudulent move-out statement.
