★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JR福山駅から国道2号線沿いに東へ向かい、国道313号線と交差する「府中分かれ」交差点の東南角にあります。「ポートプラザ日化」の東隣りになります。
典型的なゆめタウンで、1階に「フードテラス」という名の狭いフードコートに、丸亀製麺や築地銀だこ、サーティワンアイスクリームが入っていて、サイゼリヤなどのレストランもいくつかあります。また、カルディコーヒーや不二家なども入ってます。
小さな子ども連れ家族が1日遊べるショッピングモールという印象です。とても広い駐車場を構えておられますが、週末は停めるところを見つけることが難しいほど混雑しています。
 From JR Fukuyama Station, head east along National Highway No. 2 and it is located at the southeast corner of the "Fuchu Wakare" intersection that intersects National Highway No. 313. It is on the east side of "Port Plaza Nikka".
In a typical Youme Town, a small food court called "Food Terrace" on the first floor contains Marugame Seimen, Tsukiji Gindaco, Thirty One Ice Cream, and there are several restaurants such as Saizeriya. It also contains cardi coffee and Fujiya.
The impression is that it is a shopping mall where families with young children can play for a day. It has a very large parking lot, but it is so crowded that it is difficult to find a place to park on weekends.

今でも市民に利用されている重要なショッピングセンターです。
フードコートは土日は混みますが、平日はお子様連れても大丈夫^_^

"Yume Town" here was formerly "Ito-Yokado".
